WELLBEING COURSES Course descriptions Back Strengthening and Rehabilitation A special five-week course led by professional sports therapists from Optimum Fitness. Pilates I , II and Open Pilates is recommended by osteopaths and physiotherapists and works on core stability in order to develop muscular skeletal balance. It makes you look good too! These courses must be paid for in advance. Tai Chi A mesmeric system of ancient Chinese moves encouraging strength, fitness and total body control. Yoga Open A physical form of Yoga involving taught poses and relaxation.
