1. Annual memberships may only be cancelled within 14 days of joining and will incur a £10 administrative fee. No refunds will be given after this time. This applies even for staff members leaving the University’s employment within the year of membership. Those staff members may, however, continue to use the facilities until their annual membership comes to an end. All cancellations MUST be put in writing.

2. Direct debit payments will be taken from your account on approximately the 22nd of each month.

3. Annual memberships paid by direct debit will automatically be renewed at the end of the year’s membership. If you wish to cancel your membership, please advise us in writing.

4. One clear month’s notice is required in writing for cancellation of the Direct Debit to take place.

5. All members, where relevant to the membership, must have completed an up to date gym induction at UniSPORT.

6. The Manager reserves the right to withdraw the use of the facilities at any time at his/her discretion (this includes annual maintenance periods). Due to the style of membership available, compensation will not be given for such exclusion of the facilities.

7. Any compensatory measures will be at the discretion of the Manager.

8. A prices review will take place in April with implementation on 1st September. All members will be advised of any changes prior to implementation.

9. Your membership card MUST be produced to gain entrance to any of the facilities and or activities.

10. The card is issued in the name of the holder and is not transferable.

11. Your membership card is issued by and remains the property of UniSPORT who reserve the right to decline issue, or withdraw the card at any time.

12. Damaged, lost or stolen cards need to be reported to reception. A replacement charge of £2.00 per card will be charged.

13. Your membership card must be returned on or before the expiry date.In the event of any matter arising which is not covered by any of the preceding conditions or concerning the interpretation of these conditions, the decision of the Sports Facilities Manager shall be final.
