Coaching in the community |
Community Outreach - We run a broad community outreach programme which is available to local schools, youth groups, special needs groups and young people who have disengaged from education.
- We offer high quality dance coaching sessions in a variety of styles, including: Street Dance, Hip Hop, Breakdance, Aerobics, Cheerleading, Bollywood, African, Rock n Roll, Contemporary, Jazz, Ballet, Tap, Salsa, Dancehall, Irish. Creative Dance sessions and more...
- We offer after school sessions as well as dance and movement sessions within the curriculum from KS1-4. We can provide regular weekly sessions, as well as one off workshops, for example as part of Focus and Healthy weeks. We also offer dance INSET sessions for KS1 and KS2 schools that can be catered for your needs.
- Coaches can come out to schools or the school can make use of our 2 mirrored studio spaces at the Sports Centre. All our coaches are CRB checked and covered by the University's public liability insurance.
- Sessions range from £25-£30 an hour depending on travel and the amount of sessions booked.
